James Valley Fogle

James Valley Fogle, 75, died Friday, January 3, 2014. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2014, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 309 E. Hampton Street, Elloree, SC. The burial, with Masonic rites, will be held following the service, in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 5, 2014, at Fogle-Hungerpiller Funeral Home, 6329 Old Number Six Highway, Elloree, SC, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and other times at the family home.

Jimmy was a son of the late W.D. Fogle, Sr. and Eugenia Valley Fogle. He was co-owner and funeral director of Fogle-Hungerpiller Funeral Home. He was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church and had served on the church council. He was a member of the Town of Elloree Business Association, Charity Lodge #62 AFM, the Elloree Jaycees, and had served as a council member for the Town of Elloree and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Clarendon Hall. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Sara Ann Boulware Fogle of the home; daughters, Genie Fogle of Columbia, Wendy Woods (Jimmy) of Lexington, and Clisha Weathers (Jeff) of Moncks Corner; grandchildren, Tyler Woods of Hilton Head Island, Ramsey Ann Woods of Lexington, Jackson, Hampton and Davis Weathers of Moncks Corner; sisters, Clisha Fogle of St. Matthews, and Peggy Jamieson of Orangeburg. He was predeceased by his parents, and his brother, W.D. Fogle, Jr. Jimmy loved the Lord, his family, especially his grandchildren, and his many friends.
