Levette (Casey) McElreath

Levette Casey McElreath, 77, passed away November 15, 2025.

A native of Woodruff, daughter of the late John E. and Wilma Tucker Casey, she attended Blessed Hope.

Surviving are her husband of 39 years, Michael “Mike” McElreath of the home; a daughter, Amy Lockwood (Christopher) of Taylors; two sons, Brian “Blaze” Hayes of Woodruff and John Hayes (Ashlie) of Saluda, North Carolina; a sister, Johnette Casey Pettinato of Woodruff; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Pete Bovè. A private entombment will be held in Cannon-Byrd Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held 12:45-1:45 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at The Wood Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
