Michael "Mike" Anthony McElveen

Michael “Mike” Anthony McElveen, 67, husband of Frankie Doyle McElveen, died Friday, July 28, 2023, at McLeod Health Clarendon.

Born April 5, 1956, in Florence, he was a son of the late Tommie Brasington and the late Shirley Hyman Brasington.

He is survived by his wife of Summerton; three stepchildren, Wendy Woods (Jim) of Florence, Stacey Griffith (Bobby) of Summerton and Dwayne Pigate of Charleston; four grandchildren, Jimmy Wayne Pigate (Marissa) of Charleston, Tristin Pigate of Goose Creek, Jaye Woods and Thomas Woods, both of Florence; three brothers, Monroe McElveen and Kevin Brasington (Lisa), both of Florence, and Steve Brasington (Sheri) of Irmo; and several nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time.
