Nell Shirley Stewart, age 87, of 1860 Faulkner Road, Clover, SC died Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at home.

Mrs. Stewart was born October 6, 1925 in the Bethany Community to the late Cleveland P. and Ada Davis Shirley. She was the widow of her husband of 69 years, Mack C. Stewart and was preceded in death by her sister Peggy Gardner. She was a member of the Clover ARP Church and was active in Women of the Church.

She is survived by her sons Ed Stewart of Clover, SC and Mack Stewart, Jr. of Matthews, NC; daughter and son in law Shirley and Jimmy Byrum of Clover, SC; grandchildren Karen Boyters (David) and Frank Byrum both of Clover, SC and Heather Esch (Eric), of Greenville, SC; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Clover ARP Church with the Rev. Evan English officiating. Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Clover ARP Church Fellowship Hall.
