Funeral services for Saralyn Poole Peay, 58, will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, May 15, 2015 at Stephen Greene Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Dr. Mickey Cockrell. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Pope Funeral Home.

Saralyn entered eternal rest on Monday, May 11, 2015. Born in Chester, SC,on June 9, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Clarence William and Ruby LeGrand Poole. She was a member of Stephen Greene Baptist Church.

Survivors include one sister, Janice (Tommy) Humphries of Winnsboro; two brothers, William "Buddy" A. (Susan) Poole of Seneca, and Dennis Poole of Columbia; daughter-in-law Allie Peay of Columbia; grandson Hayden William Peay; and nieces and nephews, Mark (Christine) Poole, Heather (Aaron) Hinson, Michael and Caroline Poole, Haylee and Kinsley Hinson, Jamie (Virginia) Poole, Jason (Kelly) Poole, Jeanna (Andy) Sevic, Nicholas and Noah Poole, and Bo Sevic.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by one son, Nicholas Peay.
